Kunshan Jiali Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Kunshan, the first of the top 100 counties in the country. The company was established in 2000 and merged into Lianshi Kunshan when the company was restructured.

Lianshi (Hubei) New Materials Co., Ltd. is wholly-owned by Lianshi (Kunshan) Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. and is located in Jingzhou National Development Zone, Hubei.

The total land area of the first phase of the project is more than 90,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 38,000 square meters. The main body construction will be completed in October 2021, equipment installation will be started in November, and trial production will be carried out in May 2022. After reaching the production capacity, the annual output of high-purity electronic chemicals will be 492,000 tons, and the full coverage of 40 types of wet electronic chemicals will be realized.

The second phase of the project covers an area of 100 mu and will start construction in June 2022. The project will form a closed-loop industrial chain of electronic-grade high-purity chemicals from raw materials to products to recycling under the guidance of the "two-carbon" energy-saving and emission-reduction policy.
